I can honestly say that the walk in clinic and the pharmacy is the best I have ever visited. The care and knowledge that they have is beyond amazing. They have diagnosed conditions that even a specialist could not figure out. The pharmacy and the owner is truly genuine and cares for their patience and customers. Amazing experience. The staff is so nice and accommodating. Willing to flavour compounded liquid medicine to make little ones happy, stayed open a few minutes late to make sure we had what we needed. Much appreciated, and highly recommend.

Daniel and Kiran and the rest of the pharmacy team work after hours to ensure we get our critical medicine filled. I can’t count how many times Daniel and Kiran have gone above and beyond by calling my doctor to ensure I get the correct prescription and the correct quantity and dosage. We are fortunate to have Daniel and Kiran who are outstanding Pharmacists here in Milton.

By far the most welcoming and respectful staff I’ve ever seen in a pharmacy. Daniel especially always treats all his customers like a best friend and genuinely does his bestest job to find a solution for your health needs. If you ever lose your prescription (before refill update) and/or your family doctor is closed, I HIGHLY recommend to check this place out. Unlike most pharmacies/clinics, Bonafide is open 7 days a week which is so perfect because most doctors are closed on Sundays or they close very early if they are luckily open that day. Upload prescriptions through their app to save your trip to drop them off. Daniel is the most helpful pharmacist I have ever come across. The entire staff is very welcoming.
